頂いたガラス細工の小鳥と花器が綺麗でしたので、思わず撮ってみました．日光で輝いてステキだと自負してマス．

最近、仕事でも家でもはまっているのがEvernoteという外部ストレージサービス、iphoneでもPCでも、同期して使ってます。無料でも月間40MBまで使えるのですが、思わず便利さに有料サービスにして使ってます。一度、全てを考えないで、時々浮かんだアイディアとかをメモしていってます。あとから、データみてそうだった！みたいな感じです。TODOにも使えるアプリもあって、私のような機会音痴でもなんとかなるもんだと思い重宝してます。

今週最後。

　皆様、おはようございます。今日で今週は最後ですね。最近は真面目なブログを書いてしまっていて私らしくないなあ、、なんて思ったりしています。不定期更新ですが、ちょくちょくネタものも更新しますんで、皆様宜しくお願いしますね。

Obsessive–compulsive disorder.

Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is a type of anxiety disorder primarily characterized by repetitive obsessions (distressing, persistent, and intrusive thoughts or images) and compulsions (urges to perform specific acts or rituals). The OCD thought pattern may be likened to superstitions insofar as it involves a belief in a causative relationship where, in reality, one does not exist. Often the process is entirely illogical; for example, the compulsion of walking in a certain pattern may be employed to alleviate the obsession of impending harm. And in many cases, the compulsion is entirely inexplicable, simply an urge to complete a ritual triggered by nervousness.

In a slight minority of cases, sufferers of OCD may only experience obsessions, with no overt compulsions; a much smaller number of sufferers experience only compulsions.

原因は？

一般に、神経症の原因は心理的な出来事（心因）とされており、不安神経症の場合も、何らかの精神的なショック、心配ごと、悩み、ストレスなど、精神的原因と思われる出来事のあることもありますが、まったくないこともあります。過労、睡眠不足、かぜなど、身体的な状況がきっかけになることもあります。
　パニック障害では何のきっかけもなく突然発症するケースが多く、全般性不安障害では日常生活上のさまざまなストレスをきっかけに、いつのまにか発症しているというのが普通です。
　また、パニック障害には患者さんの特別な性格傾向はみられませんが、全般性不安障害はもともと神経質で不安をもちやすい性格の人に多い傾向があります。女性に多く、男性の倍以上といわれています。
